The Central Administration Team is a skilled team providing a range of administration support services across Children’s Social Care. We are an experienced, friendly and supportive team, with effective leadership in place.
Sometimes the work is challenging however there is also time for finding creative solutions and every day is different.
You will be supported to carry out the following duties, responsibilities and training…
* To work as a member of the Children’s Social Care Administration Team co-ordinating and responding to Subject Access Requests appropriately and within the legislative timescale.
* To supervise permanent and casual Access to Records officers and quality assure their responses to SARs.
* To provide advice and assistance to colleagues on the maintenance of records within Data Protection legislation.
* To assist in the collection, processing and presentation of performance data and management information
* To apply consistently the principles of Equal Opportunities and exercise the duties of the Data Protection Act 2018.
