Job summary
"I love seeing first-hand the improved outcomes for the young people we work with that we have directly impacted, it is an amazing feeling. As well as this, the job is flexible which is great for a good work/life balance and no 2 days are the same."
Closer2Home is a specialist intensive home treatment service that supports young people with acute mental health problems in their homes by providing intensive input and support using a bespoke package of care tailored to each young persons needs.
We operate 365 days a year from 8am-8pm to offer flexibility to young people at times when they need it the most. The teams work in an integrated way, supporting one another to provide the service either remotely or sometimes by crossing borders into another trusts area. This means that a YP's needs are not restricted by boundaries, staff sickness has less of an impact on service delivery and YP receive a better service where ever they live. For you this will also increase opportunities to develop your career, in a way that works for you.
This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled passionate clinician to develop their career and make a powerful impact on the lives of young people when they need it most.
