Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Test Manager to oversee the planning, execution, and successful delivery of testing activities for SAP SuccessFactors implementation projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for defining the test strategy, managing resources, ensuring quality standards, and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams. This role demands strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and a deep understanding of SAP SuccessFactors modules and their integration.
Key Responsibilities:
Test Strategy & Planning:
* Develop and implement a comprehensive test strategy and plan for SAP SuccessFactors projects.
* Define test scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables.
* Establish testing standards, processes, and KPIs.
Test Execution Management:
* Lead end-to-end testing activities, including unit testing, integration testing, system testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
* Manage and coordinate test execution across SAP SuccessFactors modules (e.g., Employee Central, Recruitment, Performance & Goals, Learning).
* Identify test scenarios and prepare test cases in alignment with business requirements.
Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement:
* Work closely with project managers, business analysts, developers, and functional consultants.
* Coordinate with client teams to ensure alignment on testing activities and timelines.
* Facilitate UAT and resolve any testing-related challenges.
Issue Resolution & Reporting:
* Monitor and track defects using test management tools.
* Collaborate with development teams to resolve issues efficiently.
* Provide regular updates to stakeholders on testing progress, metrics, and risks.
Team Management:
* Lead a team of testers and ensure they are adequately trained and resourced.
* Allocate tasks, monitor performance, and provide feedback to ensure quality delivery.
Qualifications:
Education:
* Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
Experience:
* Minimum 8+ years of experience in software testing, with at least 3+ years managing SAP SuccessFactors testing.
* Proven track record of leading testing activities in SAP SuccessFactors implementations or upgrades.
* Familiarity with SAP SuccessFactors modules and integration scenarios.
Skills:
* Expertise in test management tools like HP ALM, JIRA, or Azure DevOps.
* Strong understanding of testing methodologies (Agile/Waterfall) and defect management processes.
* Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
* Experience with automation testing tools is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications:
* Certification in SAP SuccessFactors modules (e.g., Employee Central).
* Knowledge of HCM systems and HR processes.
* Hands-on experience with test automation frameworks.
