Responsibilities:
As their Sales Development Representative, you will play a pivotal role in shaping their sales strategy and driving revenue growth. Your primary responsibilities will include:
* Develop new business through sales calls/email marketing and other areas.
* Book in appointments for Senior Account Managers
* Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product development, to align sales efforts and drive overall company success.
* Maintain a high level of customer service
* Analysing market trends, competitive landscape, and customer feedback to continuously refine and optimize sales strategies.
Requirements:
To succeed in this Sales Development Representative role, you will need:
* Proven experience in sales and cold/warm calling
* Be within a commutable distance of Redditch - Daily office
* A track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets
* Be self autonomous and work well within a team
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with clients, partners, and internal stakeholders.
* Strategic mindset with the ability to analyse market trends and identify growth opportunities.
* Exceptional negotiation and presentation skills.
Package for the Sales Development Representative
* £25,000-£30,000 base with uncapped commission. Expected commission on top £50,000
