Responsibilities:
🛠️ Support frontline staff and operations via phone and email.
🔔 Monitor alarms and manage incident escalations.
📋 Write reports, track staff movements, and ensure shift coverage.
📹 Handle CCTV monitoring and updates.
📊 Log activities and maintain databases efficiently.
What We're Looking For:
🌟 Experience in customer service, control rooms, or call centres.
💪 Calm under pressure and quick-thinking.
📢 Strong written and verbal communication skills.
💻 IT-savvy with good report writing and email skills.
🌙 Ability to work regular night shifts and live within 1-hour of Enfield.
📜 CCTV licence is a big plus!
Working Pattern:
Full-time commitment, working 36-48 hours per week.
4 on, 4 off shifts, rotating between 7am - 7pm and 7pm - 7am.
