Salary details: Bucks Pay Range 1B to 10 (£23,297 to £24,223) Full-time equivalent
Contract type: Permanent
Hours: 33.75, 39 weeks per year and actual salary will reflect this working pattern

About the role
We are looking to appoint a creative, knowledgeable and enthusiastic Learning Support Assistant to join the SEN (Special Educational Needs) department of the primary phase of Aylesbury Vale Academy. Previous experience in EYFS is desirable, but not essential and applicants must have a willingness to undertake any additional training as appropriate.
We need someone who communicates well with young people to make a positive impact on the lives of those in the community we serve. We work as a team to support each other, both with the demands of our work and our wellbeing.

About you
Applicants must have a GCSE in English and Mathematics, or equivalent qualifications.
