This role is an exciting opportunity to further develop and lead on Marshall Leasing's salary sacrifice offering in the UK fleet industry as well as identifying, prospecting and opening new salary sacrifice accounts! Furthermore, this opportunity will enable you to advance your career within a strong and fast-growing business focused on delivering outstanding customer service.
Location - Must be commutable to Huntingdon, as the successful candidate will be required to attend these offices on a regular basis.
In this role you will:
* Lead a project, and develop our existing salary sacrifice product, along with developing a sales and marketing strategy
* Develop new salary sacrifice customer opportunities, and achieve new business salary sacrifice targets
* Provide a pivotal link between the business and our customers, as well as delivering salary sacrifice product communication and presentations at board level
* Proactive and customer-led approach to problem solving and collaborating closely with teams across the business
* Proactive teammate to aid and promote the wider objectives of the Sales team
* Proactive assistance both internally and externally with electric vehicle product strategy and transition management
What will make you stand out?
* Solid understanding and experience of the salary sacrifice product and UK fleet market
* Experience of electric vehicle product and customer consultation
* Excellent project management skills and experience
* Previous new business generation sales experience, the ability to present at all levels demonstrating excellent presentation skills
* Ability to run a Sales channel in a highly competitive market along with proven experience in relationship management and automotive funding solutions
* Knowledge of the Salesforce CRM system would be an advantage
* Full, clean driving licence
