Strategic Comms & Campaign Manager - Professional Services circa £65k We are working with a growing professional services organisation with offices in locations across the North West. They are looking to expand their marketing team and have the opportunity for a highly strategic communications and campaign manager to join their marketing team. Role & Responsibilities: Strategy, Planning & Communications: Develop and implement comprehensive communications strategies to support the organisation's objectives Develop and deliver campaign plans for priority/ growth areas - lead discovery sessions, produce project plans and work with stakeholders to ensure timely delivery Develop communications plans/ initiatives based on insight to support BDMs/ departmental objectives and drive execution Identify target audiences and develop key brand messaging that reflects the company's values, mission and vision. Determine the best channels to reach target audiences Monitor and analyse communication metrics to refine strategies and improve effectiveness Brand ambassador - ensuring consistency and compliance across all marketing communications activities Ensure all content is accurate, engaging and consistent with the organisation's brand tone of voice. Internal Communications: Develop and execute internal communication strategy and plans to keep employees informed and engaged Support internal teams to deliver strategic messaging such as EVP Work with senior leaderdship to cimmunicate organisational changes, achievements and updates Foster a positive organisational culture through effective communication initiatives. Stakeholder Engagement: Identify and engage key stakeholders Develop strategies to effectively communicate with and manage stakeholder expectations. Crisis Management: Develop and implement crisis communication plans Manage and mitigate any negative publicity or reputational damage. Ideal Experience: Demonstrable experience in a strategic marketing communications and campaign role Understanding of full marketing mix, ideally with a CIM qualification Abilty to work with stakeholders to turn departmental objectives in to results focused strategies Able to work autonomously but also in a collaborative environment Experience in a commercial and ideally professional services/ financial services organisation.
