A well-established multi-family office is seeking an administrator to join its team to assist in the administration of multiple aspects of its clients’ business dealings. The family office is partner owned and based in central London. It serves UHNW families both in the UK and abroad. The role will suit a paralegal or legal assistant wanting to transition to the family office world, or a trust administrator or assistant company secretary.
The role will include:
1. Drafting resolutions
2. Minuting meetings
3. Handling share transfer documents
4. Completing Companies House filings
5. Opening bank accounts
6. KYC and compliance
7. Updating statutory books
8. Document management
You will work on business projects alongside family advisors such as law firms, accountants, and bankers. There will be good support and mentoring from the team.

The successful candidate will be comfortable in a client-facing role, dealing with demanding UHNWIs and their advisors. Three years’ experience either as a paralegal or legal assistant, or experience in a similar role within a family office or trust company is necessary to be considered. The role does require a high degree of numeracy and familiarity with Excel, together with excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
