On behalf of a beautiful, purpose-built Nursery in Horsham, Pure Care are actively recruiting for an experienced Nursery Manager with a proven track record to join their team on a full time, permanent basis.

* Monday to Friday, 40 hours/week

This modern Nursery is looking for a motivated and responsible Manager who will be able to bring a wealth of knowledge and experience to the setting. As a Nursery Manager, you will lead a team to deliver outstanding care and education to all the children in your setting, and through inspirational leadership drive employee engagement, retention and performance.
The Nursery is a specially designed space in Horsham that ensures a secure and engaging environment for early learning, featuring tailored rooms to promote independence and learning. The Nursery has been open for approximately 7 months now and is gradually filling their places. They currently care for approximately 24 children, and maximum occupancy for the future is 90.
In return you will be working with a stable and established employer who is more than willing to support and develop the right individual to become a successful Nursery Manager.
This is working 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with flexible shifts on offer to the successful applicant to make up the 40 hours contract.
Nursery Manager Skills and Experience:
* Level 3 or above in Early Years Education / Childcare or equivalent (Level 5 in Childcare or Management & Leadership is desirable but not essential)
* Preferably 2 or more years of managerial experience within a Nursery setting
* Have a thorough understanding of EYFS, safeguarding and recruitment
* An excellent communicator with experience in leading and motivating a varied staff team
Nursery Manager Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee the smooth daily running and high-quality practice of the nursery by maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements, and local and national guidelines
* Lead and inspire the staff team to provide outstanding childcare and education.
* Maintain accurate records and accounts relating to children and staff
* Regularly liaise with Parents and Carers to ensure a high level of involvement and satisfaction
