The purpose This is a key role where you will coordinate the planning, production, and delivery of a wide range of creative assets across multiple countries for PureGym's in-house creative studio. The Team You will join a fun, passionate and proactive team of creative, marketing and brand professionals focused on driving engagement and growth through great content. The role This is an exciting role fast-paced role, where you'll be the first point of contact for all creative requests from the marketing team and wider business units. You will be a confident communicator at all levels, passionate about solving problems, with excellent attention to detail and the ability to keep many plates spinning. Great creativity requires great production, and that's where you'll come in. Reporting to the Creative Lead, you'll become part of a dynamic in-house marketing team and support the delivery of some industry-leading projects within health and fitness. Although this is not a design role, you'll need demonstrable experience in creative briefing and workflow. You will act as brand guardian ensuring brand, print and digital guidelines are followed, proof copy and assets before delivery to project owners. From brief to delivery, you'll ensure processes and SLAs are followed to deliver on brief, on brand, and on time. Manage new requests by interrogating the brief, resource allocation and managing expectations. Own the creative workflow process, from start to finish. Responsible for planning workflow schedules of the creative team on Monday.com. Review daily workflow schedules and conduct weekly team WIPs and daily stand-ups, keeping all creatives and project owners updated. Ensure assets created are reviewed and approved by the relevant stakeholders promptly. Identify opportunities to increase efficiency, including identifying peaks and troughs in workflow to determine adequate resources for projects, and providing monthly studio reports. Interrogate creative briefs and work closely and collaboratively with the creatives, wider marketing team and other internal stakeholders to scope requirements, timings, resources, and trafficking of creative projects. Quality control - ensure brand, print and digital guidelines are followed, proof assets before they are delivered to project owners and ensure they meet the brief and deadlines. Track the progress of projects working through the team, ensuring a smooth handover of tasks between design and motion, as well as between different functions. Build strong relationships and collaborate with external creative agencies, freelancers, and translation companies where necessary. Ensure time-sheets are completed weekly and accurately reflect the time taken on each job. The person Great people skills, and ability to build relationships quickly. Eager to learn new skills and develop your knowledge. Bachelor's degree in design, marketing or relevant field and 2 years of commercial experience. Ability to interrogate a brief and challenge where required. A digital-first mindset with experience in managing a wide range of creative content across social and video, but also have a good understanding of offline and print production processes. Knowledge of the Adobe CC.
