About the Role:
Hays is seeking a dynamic and strategic Business Partner to join our team, working on one of our newest clients IAG. This is such an exciting opportunity to drive real partnerships, build deep relationships through strategy and innovation, and bring something new to our client and make an impact early on. This role is pivotal in changing the perception of 2nd generation MSPs, impressing and winning over hiring managers and building strong partnerships. The successful candidate will need to challenge where needed and bring synergies across various business sections to deliver the best results.

Key Responsibilities:
To build lasting relationships, you should develop strong connections with key hiring managers, HR, and other stakeholders in the client's business, ensuring the service provided is effective, efficient, professional, and consistent.
You will be expected to engage and educate key stakeholders on the partnership with Enterprise Solutions, and provide specialist advice on market conditions, including competitor activity, employer trends, skills availability, demographics, and salary surveys.
Additionally, you must deliver an efficient and compliant process by keeping recruitment, sourcing, and vendor partners updated with the forecasted workload, meeting all SLA and KPI targets as per the client account contract, actively promoting Hays' service offerings, identifying and acting on client development opportunities, and ensuring compliance with Hays and client recruitment methodologies, policies, procedures, and service delivery standards.
Finally, you will be involved with optimising systems and business intelligence by demonstrating a thorough understanding of recruitment technologies and system integrity, maximising the use of recruitment technologies for vacancy management, maintaining data integrity, and extracting and analysing data to understand performance and improve service delivery.
What You'll Need to Succeed:
* Experience at a senior level within recruitment from an agency or within RPO/MSP is essential
* Be able to commute to Heathrow 3 days per week
* Demonstrated market and industry sector knowledge.
* Ability to work in a pressurised environment and meet contractual SLAs.
* Commitment to process adherence, service delivery, and system integrity.
