As the Manager, Strategic Account Management, based in London and reporting to the Global Director of Strategic Account Management, you’ll lead a team of Account Managers up-selling, cross-selling and finding new areas of growth/revenue within our existing customer base and some net new accounts, across EMEA and other geographies. You and your team will interact and collaborate with internal Business units such as Solution Consultants, Customer Success, Implementation, Operations, Product to help ensure overall product and revenue expansion. In this role, you will be responsible for the following: Build and maintain a world-class UK/EMEA sales team that aligns with company goals and strategy across our market segment Oversee and lead a team of Strategic Account Managers on all matters related to territory planning, pipeline inspection/management, forecasting and employee development. Works Cross-functionally to align needed resources and supportive roles to assist in Pipeline Building and team development Owns hiring and all staffing demands of the team needed to build out and develop a world class sales organization Hold accountability for accurately forecasting to the Director and VP of the Strategic Account Management team weekly. Actively participate in key opportunities across the region. Meet monthly and quarterly new business sales objectives. Demonstrate an expert understanding of Tipalti’s sales process and product value propositions. Ensure mutually successful sales outcomes for our customers. Have a passion and track record in developing individual sales contributors. Directly manage 5-7 Strategic Account Managers About you: Consistent track record of success managing a metric driven business in hyper-growth organisations, ideally SaaS 4 years sales management experience with demonstrable success leading through change. Excellent leader and coach. Ability to hire, train, motivate, and lead tactical accountabilities consistently across the team. Hold their team to a high level of accountability, based upon establishing an environment where team members continually seek to prove themselves, thereby driving higher overall performance and eliminating complacency. High level of energy, drive, enthusiasm, initiative, commitment and professionalism Strong business and finance acumen combined with experience selling to financial leaders (Finance Director, CFO, etc) preferred Experience selling solutions for Accounts Payable, B2B Payments or Procurement is an advantage. Self-starter with excellent organizational and planning skills. Working knowledge of SFDC is required.
