With a reporting line to the UK Sales Manager, the successful post holder will be an integral part of the Sales team and contribute to the planning and delivery of a national sales strategy and be responsible for the development and implementation of business specific sales goals.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Grow sales within the South of the United Kingdom.
2. Identify and report on business-to-business opportunities in target markets.
3. Maximise business opportunities, build a strong pipeline, and drive sector growth.
4. Meet and exceed revenue expectations.
5. Support sales process by anticipating and resolving issues expediently.
6. Develop and maintain a strong understanding of industry issues and competitive landscape.
7. Represent customer interests in driving business strategy and management decisions.
8. Work cooperatively with executive management and colleagues to foster a positive company culture.
9. Maintain accurate sales records through Sage CRM.
10. Liaise with the marketing team to design and execute short- and long-term marketing campaigns for the business-to-business revenue stream.
11. Represent the company at trade shows, conferences, and events as appropriate.
12. Manage and report on the sales budget.
