Closing Date 19/03/2025 Job Title: Incident Governance Advisor Location: Durrington- Hybrid- 3 office and remaining work from home Contract: Secondment/ Fixed Term Contract- Ending April 2026 Hours: 37 hours Salary: Up to £35,000 per annum We are currently recruiting for an Incident Governance Advisor whereby you will have the opportunity to review and continuously improve our incident management on call processes and procedures to minimise water disruption for our customers during incidents. You will be working in collaboration with colleagues proactively across the business to identify and provide solutions to improve customer experiences during loss of water supply. The role requires you to make improvements to the current incident roles and responsibilities and carry out system reviews of the Incident Management System and other systems that are used in an incident. You will be making a difference to our incident response by supporting colleagues through training and workshops providing information on updated response plans and procedures. In this role, you will have a sense of achievement through delivering a quality water service 24 hours a day and 365 days a year to our customers by ensuring we are planned and prepared for incidents. To be successful, you will have the ability to work on your own in a challenging but rewarding environment. With great organisational skills, you will be a confident communicator with a positive attitude towards change.
