ASA are looking for an experienced Project Manager is required to support our largescale public sector client, to ensure the successful delivery of key projects within the Shared Services and Programme Management Team.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and manage project scope, timelines, and business cases.
* Identify and mitigate risks, ensuring projects stay on track and within budget.
* Use project management tools effectively across the Inquiry.
* Maintain quality assurance and reporting to ensure project outcomes meet expectations.
* Motivate and coordinate cross-functional teams to achieve deliverables.
* Implement change control processes where necessary.
* Escalate risks and project delays proactively to senior leadership.
Essential Skills & Experience:
* Proven experience in project management within a fast-paced environment.
* Strong risk assessment, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
* Experience using project management tools to track and deliver key milestones.
* Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to changing priorities.
* Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and reporting skills.
* Strong understanding of budget control, resource allocation, and quality assurance.
