Premier Work Support is thrilled to be recruiting a Pick and Despatch Team Leader for a prestigious client in Horley.
Role Overview:
As a Pick and Despatch Team Leader, you will oversee warehouse operations, ensuring timely and accurate order fulfilment. You'll lead a team, enhance efficiency, maintain inventory accuracy, and ensure health and safety compliance. This is a key role for driving customer satisfaction and achieving KPIs.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and motivate a team of pickers and despatch staff.
* Ensure accurate, timely picking and despatch, while maintaining high service standards.
* Monitor KPIs, report on performance, and implement corrective actions.
* Conduct training, manage safety, and promote process improvements.
* Foster a collaborative and efficient work environment.
Key Skills:
* Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills.
* Problem-solving, attention to detail, and health & safety knowledge.
Experience:
* Proven leadership in warehouse or despatch roles.
* Familiar with KPIs and performance management.
Hours of Work
Monday to Friday, 12:00 - 21:30 (TBC - subject to change).
