Either way, we'd love to hear from you An exciting opportunity has arisen for Band 6 leaders within the Intensive Care Unit at The Royal Oldham Hospital, one of four hospitals within the Northern Care Alliance. We are looking for dedicated, committed, and experienced nurses who have completed the critical care course and possess a full NMC PIN to practice in the UK. The ICU team continually go above and beyond to ensure the unit delivers outstanding care to our patients. We're looking for band 6 nurses who share the same values / goals and are looking for an exciting challenge. Main duties of the job As both a clinical and non-clinical leader, you will work as part of a well-established nursing, medical and managerial team where excellent quality patient care is at the heart of all that we do. A calm and diplomatic approach to care is essential as well as being able to adapt within a challenging environment in order to deal with the varied and changing demands of the unit. You will be provided with excellent personal and professional support and be given the opportunity to further develop your leadership and management skills.
