The Role:
As the HR Business Partner (Learning & Development), you will be responsible for mapping out and delivering the Learning & Development strategy across the organisation. This newly created role presents a unique opportunity to shape and drive the future of employee learning and development. You will collaborate closely with business leaders to understand their needs and design strategic L&D initiatives that align with company objectives, enhance performance, and foster a culture of continuous learning.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead the development and implementation of the company’s L&D strategy, ensuring it aligns with the business's goals and values.
2. Work with senior leaders to identify learning needs and design tailored development programmes to address key skills gaps and support organisational growth.
3. Create a structured approach to talent development, incorporating leadership development, technical training, and employee engagement initiatives.
4. Oversee the design and delivery of both in-person and virtual learning solutions, including workshops, seminars, and e-learning programmes.
5. Evaluate the effectiveness of L&D initiatives through data-driven insights, feedback, and performance metrics, continuously improving offerings.
