You'll be responsible for carrying out a variety of plastering repairs and maintenance work on residential properties in the region, working to high standards and ensuring customer satisfaction.Key Responsibilities:

* Carry out plastering repairs, re-skims, and general maintenance work across residential properties in the Leeds and West Yorkshire area.
* Complete tasks efficiently and to a high standard.
* Report directly to the Maintenance Manager, ensuring work is logged and compliant with quality standards.
* Provide excellent customer service to residents and tenants.

Requirements:

* Proven experience as a plasterer, with knowledge of maintenance work in residential settings.
* Full UK driving license (van and fuel card provided).
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
* Immediate availability to start.
