We are looking for an outstanding Bank Care & Support Worker with a passion for delivering excellent care.
You’ll have the opportunity to work bank shifts at Cygnet Toller Road. This is a Toller Road is an 8 bed specialist residential service, supporting adults with learning disabilities and complex needs, including those with mental health or physical health needs. We can also provide specialist nursing care, with support tailored to individual needs.
Toller Road is in a quiet residential area in Leicester, close to the city centre. The service is very close to local amenities with really good bus and rail links nearby.
Your day-to-day…
* Offer enhanced care with a flexible learning approach for all the people in our care
* Provide guidance & encouragement through physical & emotional support
* Learn about individuals’ specific needs & provide help in the most appropriate way
* Assist with medical & welfare needs
* Report on medical & welfare needs as required
