Your mission To grow the current Hello Fashion social platforms and launch new ones to develop an engaged and loyal community across Facebook, X, Pinterest, TikTok & Instagram. A key part of this role is leading the Hello Fashion newsletter strategy—creating compelling newsletters and significantly growing our newsletter community and engagement. You will work closely with the Editor, Head of Customer Acquisition, and Publisher to drive newsletter sign-ups and increase frequency of interaction with our audience. This is a hybrid role based in our office near Southwark on Tuesdays. Wednesdays & Thursdays. Key Responsibilities Manage the day-to-day running of Hello Fashion's social media channels: Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, X & TikTok Create and implement strategic, metric-based approaches to grow both social and newsletter audiences Lead the planning, creation, and scheduling of all Hello Fashion newsletters Collaborate with editorial and commercial teams to execute engaging, on-brand content Curate a compelling, traffic-driving social media strategy Develop and execute content calendars for social media and newsletters Create TikTok and Instagram Reels Monitor and respond to community engagement and social feedback Optimise affiliate, video, and exclusive content to drive impressions and views Produce and present performance reports using analytics tools Represent Hello Fashion at brand and external events Take part in social media content when required Your profile Digitally savvy and highly creative Strong communicator with excellent written and verbal skills Confident using social tools and staying on top of platform trends Comfortable working in a fast-paced digital environment Proactive and collaborative team player Passion for fashion, lifestyle, and the Hello Fashion brand Experience Experience in journalism, digital media, or social media management, 2 years is desirable Demonstrated knowledge of social scheduling and analytics platforms (e.g. Hootsuite, Google Analytics) Familiarity with Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Twitter, YouTube, Snapchat Experience with video and reel content creation Experience planning and growing email newsletters and newsletter communities Qualifications Postgraduate degree preferred Benefits 25 days annual leave per year (for full time employees) 1 birthday day per year Private Medical Scheme Employee Assistance Programme Life Assurance currently 6 x salary Generous Employer Pension contributions Group Income Protection Scheme Plus all of the perks of working for a dynamic media company About Us MISSION STATEMENT To influence and inspire with relevant, exclusive and entertaining content in a positive, celebratory and kind environment via stringent editorial integrity.
