The Kitchen Operations Manager is a critical role within our culinary team, responsible for leading the kitchen staff and ensuring the smooth operation of our kitchens.
As a key member of our management team, you will work closely with the Head Chef to develop menus, manage inventory, and implement new procedures to improve kitchen efficiency.
You will also be responsible for mentoring and coaching junior members of the team, providing guidance and feedback to ensure they reach their full potential.
