Our team in Isle of Man is looking for an experienced banking professional who will be responsible for leading a team of Relationship Managers across our Fiduciary, Funds & Corporate segments, whilst also directly managing a number of key clients. This is an integral role as the bank seeks to accelerate its growth across this client base. Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and regulatory bodies. Act as the primary point of contact for major clients, ensuring their needs are met and fostering long-term partnerships. Represent the bank at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to enhance its reputation and expand its network. Strategic Planning: Collaborate with senior management to develop and execute strategic plans that align with the bank’s goals and objectives. Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends and opportunities for growth. Team Management: Lead and mentor a team of professionals, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement. Conduct regular performance reviews, provide constructive feedback, and create development plans for team members.
