Stanley Purser Ward based in Swanage Community Hospital has the right opportunity for you. As a Staff Nurse you will be providing care in a 15 bedded nurse led unit, with patient needs ranging from post-fracture rehabilitation, medical diagnoses and treatments through to palliative care. You will work in a multi-disciplinary team and be supported by local doctors 3 days per week and our ANP 5 days a week.The hospital has different departments with different patient groups, including Minor Injuries, Outpatients, Radiology Imaging and Day Surgery. We support you to develop your skills, expand your knowledge and make a real difference in your patients' lives and abilities. For those who are newly qualified, we provide a very comprehensive and fully supported Preceptorship Programme for newly qualified healthcare professionals.
