Job Description
As a Technical Analyst, you will lead the resolution of both technical and non-technical issues impacting our manufacturing data platform. You will act as a key resource for customers, ensuring effective communication and timely issue resolution. You will become a subject matter expert in manufacturing data, mastering complex applications within a few months and developing innovative technical solutions. Additionally, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to address platform issues, bugs, data quality problems, and performance optimizations, ensuring positive customer experiences and influencing decision-making with data-driven insights.
Responsibilities
Own and drive the resolution of technical and non-technical issues impacting the manufacturing data platform.
Act as a go-to resource for both technical and non-technical customers, ensuring effective communication and timely issue resolution.
Become a subject matter expert in manufacturing data, mastering 3-4 complex applications within 3-4 months.
Develop innovative technical solutions based on existing frameworks.
Collaborate closely with DevOps, Engineering, Data Quality, Incident Management, and other cross-functional teams during production.
Address platform issues, bugs, data quality problems, and performance optimizations.
Ensure positive customer experiences by addressing their needs and maximizing the use of the platform.
Provide ongoing guidance to customers.
Influence leadership and cross-functional teams by providing data-driven insights and recommendations for future product features development.
Essential Skills
Strong analytical and reporting skills using Excel, Tableau, or other analysis tools.
Proficiency in SQL and experience writing semi-complex queries to extract data from large databases.
Familiarity with debugging, UNIX/shell scripting, or Python scripting.
Experience with high-tech manufacturing data flow or processes.
Exposure to cloud technologies.
