We have an exciting opportunity for someone to join us as Operational Support at Jubilee Mews About the job As Operational Support, you will be responsible for assisting the Service Manager in organising and developing service provision, including non-clinical compliance and governance tasks within and relating to the service. Jubilee Mews is a 24-hour specialist adult service that supports adults who have mental health needs and often experience multiple complex and interconnected challenges. We work with people who have experienced trauma in their lives and can present with behaviours that challenge. We understand that every behaviour is an expression of unmet needs, and we work hard to build helpful and trusting relationships, offering stability and consistency. Key Responsibilities Responsible for the completion of non-clinical compliance and governance tasks under the supervision of the Service Manager Operate as a service wide team with flexibility and shared skills knowledge and support, whilst being aligned to specific area. Contribute to the standardisation of operations across all 5 specialist services. Work closely with central support services to ensure key issues around compliance and governance are identified and actioned as appropriate. Provides line management for key support personnel including administration and housekeeping services. Undertake any reasonable duties/responsibilities to meet the needs of the organisation. About you GCSE Maths and English or equivalent qualification Demonstrable experience of completing compliance and governance related tasks within a care setting. Demonstrable experience of meeting agreed performance targets in a service demonstrating operational outcomes. Experience in robust risk management processes. Demonstrable experience of coordinating service provision. Demonstrable experience of organisation and multi- tasking within work. Awareness of GDPR. Awareness of patient records and confidentiality.
