This role will lead a team of designers to maintain high standards of design and ecommerce best practice across our top stores. Whilst providing direction and high standards for the team, it will also be hands-on in designing and delivering stores that look exceptional, and are optimised for high conversion rates. The role will collaborate closely with the marketing, product, and CRM teams to deliver a high level of service to our most valued accounts, whilst helping to support the business in our ambitions for growth. The role holder will be crucial driving the importance of understanding who the customer is, of showing products in their best light, and optimising stores for high conversion rates.
