We're revolutionizing the customer experience through faster delivery times and innovative fulfillment solutions. Our team sits at the crucial intersection of technology and operations, driving improvements across the entire Same Day delivery network. We're seeking a senior technical product leader capable of defining and driving product vision while navigating ambiguous problem spaces to enhance our Same Day capabilities.
Position Overview:

As a Program Manager, you will lead cross-functional teams to deliver large-scale business transformations from initiation to successful, high-quality, post-launch execution and quality. Key Responsibilities:
1. Strategic workstream to improve Same Day offering across EU and UK mainly Quality and Concessions.
2. Working on out-of-the-box initiatives to holistically improve Speed in EU4 and UK.
3. Responsibility for apprising multiple senior stakeholders in the different forums about the program and latest updates.
4. Leading Monthly reporting on KPIs and projects in the glidepath.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
1. Strong analytical and quantitative skills to identify opportunities, estimate improvements, streamline and automate their work.
2. Knowledge of operations, continuous improvement and structured problem solving (which may include Lean Six Sigma or Theory of Constraints).
3. Ability to earn trust and influence a broad group of stakeholders worldwide to achieve program goals.
4. Curiosity and ability to understand complex technical systems and processes.
5. Forensic attention to detail.
6. Ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously.
7. Ability to work in a nascent, rapidly changing and ambiguous environment.
8. Ability to clearly communicate in both written and spoken form to stakeholders at different seniority and in different functions.
9. A willingness to roll up your sleeves and do whatever is necessary; the mentality of an owner.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
1. Bachelor's degree.
2. Experience in using analytical tools, such as Tableau, Qlikview, QuickSight.
