As a People Coordinator you will:
1. Triage Helpdesk Tickets, making sure they get to the right people at the right times
2. Work with the wider People Team to provide a first class service to our colleagues
3. Own administrative and data activities across the whole colleague lifecycle
4. Support in pre-employment checks & compliance checks for new and future colleagues
5. Support data gathering from the HR systems
6. Maintain accurate HR Records
7. Support Payroll where appropriate
Main duties of the job
You will be responsible for ensuring that all administrative tasks within the People Services team are managed and executed accurately, efficiently and on time. This will include, but not limited to ensuring that all colleague files are up to date and accurate, ensuring that the systems we use in People (for example iTrent), is reflective of the current structures and the data held on it is maintained and up to date. You will also support the Payroll team with all planned and adhoc queries and processing. The successful individual will also support the whole of the People team with collating data and reports as and when required. Governance and compliance is really important to us as a People function, and you will support on all relevant people centred compliance elements such as DBS validity, visa compliance and professional registration. You will ensure that our business is protected, and our people are supported and safe to practice through accurate recording, tracking and risk management. Above all you will be an organised individual, passionate about joining People, committed to supporting the people strategy for the business, and dedicated to the purpose that People has a key role in the future success of the organisation.
