As a Weekend Support Worker, you will be instrumental in our mission to empower individuals on their path to recovery. Your responsibilities will include ensuring the safety, support, and wellbeing of our clients during weekends. This role requires dedication, compassion, and a commitment to upholding the values of The Nelson Trust.
In this role, you will engage with clients, providing them with the support and motivation they need to navigate their recovery journey. Additionally, you will coordinate weekend activities, oversee client visits, and collaborate with colleagues to ensure effective coverage and support.
You will play a vital role in continuing the treatment program for our clients, and the right candidate will be approachable, supportive and responsive. We are looking for a dedicated professional who is looking for an opportunity to undertake a fulfilling role making a real difference to peoples lives.
