Wellness & Leisure Manager Overview: To manage the Spa on an operational and business development basis, ensuring effective yield management of treatment space and therapist resource. As a key figurehead within the Leisure Deparment, maintaining relationships with Guests and Lifestyle Members and ensuring the team deliver outstanding levels of customer service at all times will be key to success in this role A key role focusing on the operating of the Spa & Leisure facilities including Retail, to maximise their financial contribution to the overall Tylney Hall Business. Spa Manager Key Responsibilities: Maximise revenue capture through Spa and retail sales. Staying knowledgeable about wider Hotel services and products to ensure upselling where possible, developing a pro-active sales culture amongst all members of the team. Play a key role in providing high-quality treatments that enhance guest well-being Staff scheduling in line with business levels. As a member of the leadership team, to set an example of positive and inclusive behaviour, leading through proactive support and assisting other departments as necessary towards positive guest experience. Effective and safe day-to-day operation of the Spa function and delivery of an outstanding Guest experience. To ensure that all guests, clients and VIPs are greeted on arrival and special requests have been arranged. To ensure all arrivals and departures have been dealt with in a polite and professional manner. To keep the Spa and Leisure S.O.P manual correct and up to date. Ensure appropriate training is delivered to the Spa and Leisure Team.
