Follow this link to find out more About the FCA. The Innovation team is a brand-new team in the Finance and Corporate Services (F&CS) division. The aim of the team is to provoke and support the delivery of continuous innovation - within the F&CS division - which can improve our ability to deliver for the organisation. The team are responsible for developing and running a joined-up Continuous Innovation (CI) programme of work on behalf of the F&CS division – including all F&CS CI initiatives - which is measurable and releases capacity in the division through its successful delivery. The F&CS division is a strategic partner to the FCA ensuring the organisations resources are both protected and used efficiently & effectively in line with the strategy and business plan. It delivers this through strategic planning, budgeting, operation of a robust control environment, subject matter expertise and providing a secure & productive workplace. With careful allocation of our resources, and the right processes to support this, we ensure the organisation can do more for less. The division is made up of five departments: Finance Operations, Strategic Finance, Portfolio Management Unit, Workplace Solution, and Procurement. What will you be doing? We are looking for a Process Analyst to join the team initially to focus on F&CS division customer journeys, so that ‘customers’ find it simple and efficient to use our services. The role will also provide support, project management, analysis, and recommendations for a range of continuous innovation improvements collaborating with colleagues across the F&CS division. In this role you will: Help F&CS achieve their outcomes by considering people, processes, information, data, and technology Identify areas for improvement based on analysis and collaborate with F&CS colleagues to agree changes Explain the effects of change and review the costs, benefits, and risks of the proposed changes Where appropriate organise or recommend testing and quality checks to make sure any recommendations meet user need Run collaboration, workshops and engagement to support understanding and delivery What will you get from the role?
