Part Time Customer Service Advisor, Linlithgow
Eurofins is seeking a Part Time Customer Service Advisor for our busy Linlithgow laboratory. This is a fixed-term one-year contract role, working 20 hours per week, Monday to Friday, from 10:00 to 14:00.
Responsibilities
* Answer customer inquiries via telephone and email, providing information about services or products.
* Maintain relationships with new and existing customers, ensuring they feel valued as the first point of contact.
* Coordinate with other departments to meet customer requests.
* Support company activities as required.
* Compile and verify accurate information.
* Communicate with colleagues across departments to meet customer expectations.
* Handle customer queries related to data entry.
* Ensure compliance with data integrity, GDPR, and company security policies.
* Back up information as needed.
Qualifications
* Experience with MS Office and data management programs.
* Experience in customer service.
* Strong organizational skills.
* Ability to work under pressure.
