Administration and Finance Officer 3 months contract to cover maternity leave
35 hours per week, term time only.
8.30 am to 4.00 pm. 30 min lunch
A primary school in Salfrord, close to Manchester are looking for an Admin and Finance Assistant to start ASAP for at least the next 3 months.
Roles and duties:
* To administer the clerical systems of the school on behalf of the Head and Governing Body
* To play a key role in the effective communication between school, parents, wider community, including drafting letters.
* To effectively and securely operate the schools’ computer based administrative including using pupil data bases, Word, Excel, internet and email
* To fully utilise the SIMS and FMS packages
* To play an active role in the day to day financial running of the school with the School Business Manager, including liaison with staff, Governors, Leadership Team and Salford City Council and using financial programmes, training will be given if necessary.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
