Regional Supplier Manager required for a multi-national Foodservice brand covering Scotland and North of England.
Requirements:
1. Must have a proven track record in Purchasing, Sourcing Products, and Product Range Management in Foodservice.
2. Foodservice industry sales experience is ESSENTIAL.
3. Strong experience in product sourcing, buying, or product range management.
4. Strong ability to negotiate contracts and build long-term relationships with suppliers.
5. Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills to liaise effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
6. Strength in data analysis and reporting to make informed decisions.
7. Commitment to quality, sustainability, and supporting local suppliers.
8. Familiarity with regional producers, trends, and specialties.
