Reed Accountancy are currently partnered with a well established and ever growing organisation in the Crawley area who are seeking a Finance Assistant - AR to join their friendly finance team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance, exceptional organisational skills, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently. This role involves managing accounts receivable, consolidating invoices and raising credit notes among other responsibilities. Day to day duties of the Finance Assistant: Post cash and payments for bank reconciliation. Approving customer orders and review credit limits. Assist in credit control and raise credit notes as needed. Manage the Accounts Receivable inbox and dealing with queries Assist in credit control and raise credit notes as needed. Send copy invoices and statements upon request. Consolidate customer invoices Raising intercompany invoices. Provide support and cover for team members during annual leave. Data capture and perform ad hoc duties as required. Processing expenses and dealing with queries Payments and direct debits Required Skills & Qualifications: Good accounts experience and ideally within sales ledger/AR Excellent organisational skills and good systems skills. Assertive with good attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
