About the Team:
Our New Product Development team is at the heart of innovation, creating cutting-edge solutions that redefine beauty and technology. As part of the Product Team, we drive exciting projects from concept to launch, transforming ideas into groundbreaking products that captivate consumers.
About the Role:
Our Product Technologist will support the development and evolution of our beauty technology portfolio with science-backed beauty innovations and end-to-end product development.
•Support continuous improvement of existing products, ensuring our portfolio remains best-in-class.
•Research cutting-edge technology to optimise performance.
•Review consumer feedback, online forums, and market insights to identify areas for improvement.
•Run innovation sessions to gather insights and direct future product enhancements.
•Investigate clinical studies and scientific journals to inform product enhancements.
•Define and confirm product specifications for product iterations and new innovations when required.
•Drive projects from concept to launch, ensuring timelines, budgets, and objectives are met, while maintaining our high standards.
•Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, regulatory, and suppliers.
•Support the product innovation pipeline, contributing to new ideas and specification guidance.
•Plan and oversee clinical testing where necessary to validate product claims.
Candidate Requirements:
· Degree in Science or Beauty-related field (e.g., Cosmetic Science, Chemistry, Biomedical Science, Product Design, or similar).
· Previous experience in a New Product Development (NPD) role – ideally in beauty, skincare, or technology.
· Familiarity with regulatory standards and clinical validation is a plus.
· Passionate about beauty tech, bringing fresh ideas to product innovation.
· Ability to manage multiple projects and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
· Experience researching, reviewing clinical studies, and ensuring technical accuracy.
· Working collaboratively with internal teams and external partners.

2nd Stage – A one-hour interview where you can expect competency questions. In most cases this is held in person.
