**Job Summary**
We are seeking an experienced Food and Beverage Supervisor to join our team at the Copthorne Hotel Slough - Windsor. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising the service delivery in all Food and Beverage outlets and assisting in the organisation of all Food and Beverage operations.
**Key Responsibilities**
* To supervise the service delivery in all Food and Beverage outlets and assist in the organisation of all Food and Beverage operations.
* To work closely with the F & B Manager to ensure that all outlets are always operating efficiently.
* To assist in training and motivating the team to achieve F&B targets and standards.
* To deal effectively with customers at all times to ensure outstanding customer service is delivered.
* To be responsible for float during shift ensuring correct balance at end of shift.
* To check miseplaced items regularly throughout the day.
* To carry out all reasonable tasks as may be requested.
**Requirements**
* F& B Supervisor experience in a 4-star hospitality establishment or restaurant.
* Outstanding customer service skills.
* Good organisational skills and ability to work well under pressure.
* Passionate and can-do attitude.
* Ability to work as part of a team.
* Experience working with payment systems eg Micros POS.
