Collections Officer

As a Collections Officer, your responsibilities will include:
- Managing cash flow arrears and preparing reports
- Expanding your understanding of Legal Tools and procedures
- Keeping accurate customer records
- Liaising with brokers for early arrears cases
- Handling all customer inquiries
- Verifying supplier invoices
- Providing support to the operations team when needed
- Reviewing cancelled Direct Debits daily and taking appropriate action
- Delivering high-level administrative support
- Maintaining up-to-date records of finance agreements
- Ensuring all administrative tasks meet regulatory standards and company expectations
