Job Title: Legal Secretary

Salary: £45,000 - £50,000 per annum

Key Responsibilities:
1. Providing comprehensive secretarial and administrative support to legal professionals.
2. Managing diaries, scheduling meetings, and handling correspondence.
3. Preparing, formatting, and proofreading legal documents and correspondence.
4. Liaising with clients, both in person and via telephone and email.
5. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date client records and case files.
6. Assisting with billing, invoicing, and expense management.
7. Conducting legal research and preparing case-related materials as required.
Requirements:
1. Proven experience as a Legal Secretary within a law firm.
2. Strong knowledge of legal terminology, documentation, and procedures.
3. Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
4. Proficiency in MS Office Suite and legal case management software.
5. Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
