My client is a multinational hospitality chain of leased and franchised hotels, homes, and living spaces. They are looking for a Partnership Manager to drive business into their Hotels.
Previous sales experience within Hotel sales would be greatly beneficial. Also, experience dealing with local government clients would be preferential.
1. This role is responsible for driving demand to partner hotels through offline partnerships, including Corporates, Travel Agents and hyper-local sources (such as hospitals, events spaces, travel hubs etc).
2. Identify appropriate offline partnerships both at a national and local level, establish commercial relations with them, and manage the accounts thereafter.
3. Drive Sales through rigorous cold calling and meeting potential clients/corporates/organisations to sell Portfolio.
4. Identify/On-board/Develop Channel partners and market Research for finding different avenues for demand.
5. Responsible for the end-to- end Sales process from qualifying clients to closing the deals to retaining/acquiring new accounts/clients, in a specified region/market.
6. Understand clients’ requirements and tailor-pitch the product portfolio accordingly.
7. Maintain and review monthly Sales Tracker of accounts and targets.
8. Share regular feedback on market conditions, competition, pricing and other factors influencing on ground sales.
9. Identify appropriate offline partnerships both at a national and local level, establish commercial relations with them, and manage the accounts thereafter.
10. This is a hands on sales role, with sales targets with regards to winning new business.
11. Regional focus will be to create Micro Markets that generate bookings into local hotels in your region.
12. Take ownership of offline demand targets for partner hotels, and deliver against them.
13. Drive activity with these accounts, through account management, marketing and promotions.
14. Develop a deep and specific understanding of partner hotels, liaising with Owners and Property Managers.
15. To understand demand channels and drive offline demand accordingly.
16. Work with the Product team to develop technology to support offline demand growth.
17. Work with the Finance team to ensure that reporting and dashboards are in place for effective monitoring of offline demand, and systems are in place for timely and accurate recovery of monies.

18. Experience working with and proven professional network in tour operators, travel agencies, business
19. Travel providers and group demand providers
20. Previous experience in a commercial role at a hotel or wholesaler is a big plus
21. Strong presentation and negotiation skills
22. Structured, organized and with the ability to perform under limited supervision
23. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
