Advancing People Multilingual is working on behalf of a large international retailer who, due to expansion, is looking to recruit a German & French speaking Client Services Advisor, based in Erdington, Birmingham.
The client services team will be responsible for ensuring that support, staffing and processes are maintained to a high level, and will work together with the Service Desk Manager to achieve targets, and assist with reporting, analysis and strategic planning
Key Responsibilities:
* Support stores with any IT related issue
* Resolve queries and issues with their EPOS till systems
* Effectively resolve escalated calls.
* Direct any requests to correct department and source the information they need to operate
* Communicate with different retail stores
* Support the European Operations team on projects and tasks
Skills:
* Fluent in German & French
* Ideally you'll have previous Service Desk Analyst or Customer Service experience
* Customer Service experience
* You will be a keen team player.
* You will be computer literate; familiar with Microsoft Office packages.
* IT Literate
In return our client is offering a basic salary of £27,000 along with an excellent benefits package.
This role offers flexibility to work from home 2 days a week / work remote
