An great opportunity has arisen for a Senior Sales Negotiator to join our Independent client based in Colchester CO3.
Property Sales experience is paramount, and charisma, determination, energy, and an outgoing personality are also a must for this vibrant and forward-thinking company.
As a Senior Sales Negotiator, you will be confident in dealing with properties and clients across the range into the very top end and be involved in the whole Property Sales process from generating and carrying out viewings to negotiating and pushing deals through to their successful completion. You will need to have the ability to build long-term business relationships with clients and applicants, be focused and determined in working to targets, and be a strong team player.
Responsibilities include but will not be limited to:
1. Coordinating canvassing activities to generate new business
2. Coordinating property valuations and listings
3. Effectively marketing properties to buyers
4. Matching prospective tenants and buyers to suitable properties and arranging viewings accordingly
5. Maintaining regular contact with buyers, vendors, clients, and other relevant parties to ensure legal move-in and completion
6. Dealing with financial/legal matters relating to the sales process
7. Guiding buyers and vendors through the sales process from agreement of the sale to legal completion
8. Contributing to the smooth running of the branch on a daily basis
9. Excellent administration ability and use of agency software systems
The Successful Applicant will need to possess the following skills:
1. Target-driven with a strong desire to succeed within a sales environment
2. Excellent communication skills and able to articulate ideas in a concise way
3. Enjoy working in a team environment
4. A desire to progress and challenge yourself continually
5. Experience would be an advantage but not essential
This Senior Sales Negotiator position is a fantastic opportunity for the right candidate, with long-term career prospects. Local experience is not essential.
The hours will be: Monday to Friday 9.00am to 6.00pm, Saturdays with a day off in the week.
Salary range will be: £20,000 - £24,000 pa Basic salary depending on experience and an OTE around £35,000 - £40,000 with a car allowance available.
