The team supports Trust wide Acute services managing the administrative function and monitoring activity for all Organic, Acute and PICU Beds within the Trust maintaining and providing up to date data and live information concerning bed stock. Main duties of the job To support Patient Flow Team managers and services in co-ordinating business information processes and data to performance management, data quality and service development and clinical systems. The post holder will be the focal point for information and contractual data. To undertake specific projects as directed in line with the remit of this post. Action and follow up any delays in Transfer of care or Discharge.
