This post is for a Research Project Officer to coordinate the delivery of a number of research projects for the Respiratory Team based at Wythenshawe Hospital. They will support the Principal Investigators (PIs) and be responsible for the day-to-day administration to enable the smooth running of the projects. A major part of the role is supporting the academics with the post-award administration of grants and awards. This includes liaison with University of Manchester Professional Services (PS) teams and Manchester University NHS Foundation Trust Research and Innovation Division. As a key member of the project team, the Research Project Officer must demonstrate excellent organisational, communication and interpersonal skills.
