Registered Manager for Domiciliary Company
Duties:
1. Oversee the day-to-day operations of a care facility, ensuring high-quality care is provided to people in their homes.
2. Develop and implement care plans for individuals, taking into consideration their specific needs and preferences.
3. Manage and supervise a team of care staff, providing guidance, support, and training as needed.
4. Monitor and evaluate the performance of staff members, conducting regular performance reviews.
5. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards in the provision of care services.
6. Maintain accurate records and documentation related to resident care and staff management.
7. Collaborate with healthcare professionals, families, and external agencies to coordinate care and support for residents.
8. Conduct regular assessments of residents' needs and update care plans accordingly.
9. Administer medications as prescribed and ensure proper medication management protocols are followed.
Skills:
1. Registered Nurse (RN) qualification or relevant healthcare qualification.
2. Experience in providing care services, particularly in Dementia care, Home care, Assisted living, or Nursing home settings.
3. Strong knowledge of care planning processes and best practices in person-centered care.
4. Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to supervise and motivate a team effectively.
5. Proficient in medication administration and adherence to medication protocols.
6. Knowledge of relevant regulations and standards governing the provision of care services.
7. Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
8. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact effectively with residents, families, staff members, and external stakeholders.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: £35,298.00-£39,060.00 per year
