Your Role In this role you will have overall responsibility for the Road Logistics Healthchain operation, holding direct accountability for all Healthcare operations. Responsibility for management of your team, costs & budgets and KPIs, compliance, ensuring a first-class customer service is always delivered. Drive forward the Healthchain operation and be a key contributor in developing the Healthchain solutions internally and to other potential customers. You will be a primary stakeholder within the management team in the daily operational activities of the East Midlands Gateway site. You will be the customer's first point of escalation, working with the Road Logistics Operational team to resolve issues in a timely manner, with clear communication on issues raised. Your Responsibilities - Ensuring the smooth-running of all Healthchain operational activities, promoting an efficient and cost-effective operation, - Actively review operational procedures, identifying opportunities for improvement and advocate continuous improvement within the team - Scheduling of all operational Healthcare services and ensure customer requirements are met in an efficient manner - Recognise and resolve day to day operational problems in conjunction with the operations team; act as first point of contact and support for healthcare escalations - Ensuring cost & budgetary targets and agreed contractual KPIs are met and always achieved - Preparation of accurate and timely daily and monthly management reports with respect to pharmaceutical operations - Ensure pharmaceutical monitoring system is fully operational and records are being tracked - Lead internal review meetings and client meetings Your Skills and Experiences - Significant demonstrable knowledge and experience within a Road Logistics operation - IT literate, including Microsoft applications and warehouse software - Experience of managing a high performing and customer facing team - Experience of managing a P&L - Proven commercial acumen and highly customer focused - Demonstrable experience of managing a successful customer relationship Good Reasons to Join If you would like to become a valued member of our team, we will make sure that you're rewarded for your commitment and expertise.
