About Us

As a rapidly growing startup, we’re looking for a dynamic Account Executive to join our team in the Scunthorpe area. This is a high-impact role where you’ll drive sales, shape our growth strategy, and work closely with our Founding Team to influence product development.
What You’ll Do
* Drive Sales Growth: Develop and execute sales strategies to acquire new clients and expand our market presence.
* Sell AI Solutions: Actively pitch and close deals for our AI automation services, tailoring offerings based on client needs and feedback.
* Build Relationships: Cultivate strong, long-term relationships with clients and strategic partners to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
* Influence Product Development: Provide client insights to refine our AI solutions and enhance market fit.
* Test and Review Solutions: Evaluate and provide feedback on custom AI solutions to ensure they meet client expectations.
* Represent IntegrAI: Attend industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to promote our brand.
* Collaborate with Leadership: Participate in client meetings alongside the Founder and Engineering Team to align solutions with client goals.
* Adapt and Thrive: Embrace the fast-paced, dynamic environment of a startup, contributing to our evolving strategy.
What We’re Looking For
* Proven Sales Experience: A track record of success in sales or business development, ideally in tech, SaaS, or consulting.
* Strategic Mindset: Ability to think strategically and execute independently to drive business growth.
* Exceptional Communication: Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills to build trust with clients and partners.
* Passion for AI: Enthusiasm for AI and automation, with a willingness to stay ahead of industry trends.
* Adaptability: Comfort working in a fast-paced, evolving startup environment.
* Location: Based in or near Scunthorpe, UK, with flexibility for hybrid work.
Commission Structure
* Project-Based Services: 5% commission on the total value of closed deals.
* Ongoing Revenue: 5% commission on monthly recurring revenue for the lifetime of the client relationship (until the client cancels or stops services).
* Earning Potential: With high-value AI deals, top performers can earn £18,000-£25,000+ annually, depending on deal size and volume.
