The Role We are actively seeking an Information Manager. The role is a full time position. In the our central London office 4 days per week and remote 1 day per week. We also do require this role to fulfil some office management tasks (to be discussed at interview stage). Key Responsibilities Maintaining, filing and organisation of project documents on Procore and Sharepoint. Maintain confidentiality around sensitive information and terms of agreement Liaising with and distributing project-related information with the project team and external parties Quality & compliance checks on documents Liaising with project team members to ensure documents meet requirements Creating document templates Retrieve files as requested Office management tasks (to be discussed at interview stage). Key Skills and Experience Proven work experience as a Document Controller for a Main Contractor Good knowledge of Procore and Sharepoint. Microsoft Office software, especially Word, Excel, and Outlook Verbal and written communication skills Highly organised Attention to detail / Ability to spot errors Filing and organisation skills for document storage Typing accuracy and efficiency Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
